Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, clean, unwashed merchandise along with original packaging within 30 days of shipment for an exchange or refund less shipping charges. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow us 15-20 business days to receive and process your return.

Returns

Washed, used or stained items cannot be accepted under any circumstances for exchange or refund.

All returns must be made within 30 days of your order.

Returns that are unacceptable will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns.
  4. Your credit card will be credited within 30 days of My Inspire Wear receiving the product.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges on their exchange.

We will ship the new item in exchange of the product you sent back within 30 days of My Inspire Wear receiving the product.

Your first exchange will be sent to you with free shipping. All subsequent exchanges incur shipping charges.

Late Returns & Exchanges

If more than 30 days have passed since your package shipped we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. Please contact us for approval at: nancy@myinspirewear.com
